Prompts that work: a simple, reusable structure

Context, goal and format: the small system that improves almost any conversation with AI.

Artificial intelligence only creates value when it solves a concrete problem. Before opening another tab or paying for another plan, pause and define the result you want.

Start with the outcome, not the tool

Describe the task you want to improve, how much time it takes today and how you will know the experiment worked. This turns vague curiosity into a useful test.

The best tool is not the one that does the most, but the one that fits the way you work.

Test it on real work

Choose a frequent task and compare two options with exactly the same material. Look at quality, correction time and how easy the process is to repeat.

Decide using four criteria

  • Quality: Is the result reliable and useful?
  • Ease: Can it fit your workflow without changing everything?
  • Price: Does the time saved justify the cost?
  • Privacy: Can you use it responsibly with your data?

A week of real use usually reveals more than any feature list. Start small, measure and keep only what genuinely improves your work.
